How do I log in to the Learning Lab?

You can log in using your League member credentials.

  • Visit: https://www.learning.leaguewi.org
  • Click: “Login” at the top left.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it via email.
How do I get started with the platform?
After logging in, open My Dashboard or My Courses to see your enrollments. Browse the catalog under Courses, Webinars, or Learning Paths, select a title, and choose Register or Add to Cart. Once checkout is complete, the item appears in My Courses.
Where do I find courses I’ve registered for?
Go to My DashboardMy Courses. You’ll see all items that are upcoming, in progress, or completed.
How do I join a live webinar or virtual session?
Open the course page and click Join Live Session (available about 15 minutes before start time). If you don’t see it, refresh the page or confirm you’re registered in My Courses.
When will recordings be available and where can I watch them?
Recordings typically post within 48–72 hours of the live event. Access them from the course’s Content or Resources tab. You can rewatch anytime while your registration is active.
How do I earn my certificate or CE credits?
Each course lists requirements (e.g., view all modules, pass a quiz, submit an evaluation). Once complete, click Claim Certificate on the course page to download or print your certificate.
I completed the course but can’t see my certificate—what should I do?
First confirm all modules are marked complete and the evaluation is submitted. Then refresh your browser or log out and back in. If the issue persists, contact [insert support email] with your name, course title, and date of completion.
What browsers and devices work best?
Elevate works best with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. A laptop/desktop provides the best experience. On mobile, update your browser and allow pop-ups.
Will my progress sync between devices?
Yes. Progress saves automatically. Log in with the same account on any device and you can pick up where you left off.
