Join the National League of Cities and the League of Wisconsin Municipalities on November 5th at noon for a practical discussion on how new federal and state policies are shaping housing development. NLC will kick off the webinar with an overview of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, followed by a look at state legislative changes affecting housing development in the 2025-2026 Legislative Session. The session will explore how these laws work in practice, opportunities to combine programs and incentives, and considerations for local governments looking to turn new policy tools into housing projects in their communities.
