If you have League Insurance, please contact us for your group leader booking code. (An email with the code will be sent when registration opens). A complimentary standard double-queen hotel room for two will be provided per attendee by League Insurance for Wednesday night May 6th and Thursday night May 7th. Please make your hotel reservation PRIOR to April 15, 2026. An email will be sent to members with the code. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to us and we will be glad to share it with you.
If you are a League member or partner without League Insurance, please use group leader number B29489. Rooms are priced at $101 for a single and $129 for a double. You will be responsible for your hotel room charges. Please make your hotel reservation PRIOR to April 15, 2026.
Parking is complimentary at Glacier Canyon Lodge at Wilderness Resort.
